The upcoming Metal Gear Survive game, is due out next year, February. The Metal Gear zombie survival spin-off title will be releasing on Xbox One, PS4 and has also been listed to release on PC.

The upcoming Metal Gear Survive game, is due out next year, February. The Metal Gear zombie survival spin-off title will be releasing on Xbox One, PS4 and has also been listed to release on PC. 

This news stems from a message posted on Metal Gear’s official Twitter account, in which, the game’s developer – Konami, stated that an announcement on the subject would be made – and it was, today. The announcement informed gamers of what to expect from the game and when to expect it. During this announcement, the game was revealed to be coming to the United States on February 20th and to Europe, 2 days later.

Metal Gear Survive – if you don’t know already, will be a different type of game, not focused on tactical espionage, but instead on defending oneself against supernatural threats. This new project marks an excitingly new possible direction for the Metal Gear series in the future, and will be the first game in which series creator – Hideo Kojima, will not have any input in creating the game’s storyline.
